PROTOCOL OF CONDUCT OF PARTNERS (ESP)
- All members on the Association's premises shall behave in a cordial, responsible and respectful manner, both physically and verbally, at all times and in all situations, towards other members and collaborators.
- Excessive shouting, shouting, loud arguments, high volume and other behaviour that may be annoying for the rest of the people present, especially for the neighbours of the association, will not be allowed.
- All members must make good use of the Association's facilities and undertake to take care of and conserve them.
- Bicycles are not allowed on the premises; in the case of skateboards, please inform reception so that they can be temporarily organised in such a way as not to create discomfort for the space.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture and their stay must be short.
- Inform the board of directors by e-mail or in person of any new developments, complaints or claims that may arise regarding the service and attention provided by employees, or suggestions and general observations regarding the product, quality, facilities, for continuous improvement.
- In the event that a member wishes to cancel a membership, he/she must make a request at the reception desk.
RIGHTS OF MEMBERS
- The right to consume the most organic substance possible, free from adulterations that may be harmful to their health.
- The right to participate in the development of the association's activities, and to disseminate a positive image, while maintaining excellent personal behaviour.
- The right to have accurate and up-to-date information about cannabis, its properties, effects and possible risks or harm that may result from its use.
PROHIBITIONS
The following conduct is prohibited and constitutes grounds for expulsion as determined by the board.
- The entry of the member in a clutch state, under the influence of any kind of substances.
- The entry of alcoholic substances or alcoholic beverages.
- The consumption on the premises of the association of any kind of substances other than cannabis and its derivatives.
- Irresponsible or illicit use and consumption of cannabis and its derivatives.
- Sale of any kind of substance within the premises of the association.
- Disrespectful, inappropriate or disqualifying treatment of other members or collaborators of the association.
- The right to privacy, confidentiality and security, in accordance with the provisions of personal data protection regulations.
