Dans cet article, nous expliquons certains des pays qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lib\u00e9raliser le cannabis de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res et \u00e0 des fins diff\u00e9rentes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le premier grand croisement se fait entre la <strong>lib\u00e9ralisation du cannabis \u00e0 usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif et th\u00e9rapeutique<\/strong>. Certains pays autorisent la possibilit\u00e9 de consommer du cannabis m\u00e9dical sous le contr\u00f4le de l'\u00c9tat, tandis que d'autres ont l\u00e9galis\u00e9 l'usage du cannabis 100% <em>tout court.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La seconde diff\u00e9renciation est plus juridique avec la distinction entre <strong>l\u00e9galisation<\/strong> y <strong>d\u00e9p\u00e9nalisation du cannabis<\/strong>. Dans certains pays, le cannabis est totalement l\u00e9gal, dans d'autres, il reste ill\u00e9gal. En effet, <strong>il est l\u00e9gal de poss\u00e9der jusqu'\u00e0 100 grammes de cannabis<\/strong>tant qu'il ne fait pas l'objet d'un trafic ill\u00e9gal. Il est <strong>la consommation de cannabis dans les lieux publics est strictement interdite<\/strong>avec des amendes pouvant aller jusqu'\u00e0 30 000 euros. La vente de cannabis est ill\u00e9gale, sauf dans les pays suivants <a href=\"https:\/\/thehighclassbcn.com\/fr\/\">associations de cannabis<\/a> comme nous, qui remplissent les conditions l\u00e9gales. L'Espagne fait donc partie des pays o\u00f9 le cannabis est d\u00e9p\u00e9nalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cannabis_legal_para_uso_recreativo\"><\/span><strong>Cannabis l\u00e9gal \u00e0 usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessus, certains pays ont l\u00e9galis\u00e9 l'usage du cannabis \u00e0 des fins r\u00e9cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Uruguay\"><\/span>Uruguay<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le premier \u00e9tait <strong>Uruguay<\/strong> en 2013, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une loi autorisant la culture, la vente et la consommation de cannabis. La production est toujours contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par l'\u00c9tat, mais chaque citoyen uruguayen peut cultiver jusqu'\u00e0 six plants pour son usage personnel et transporter jusqu'\u00e0 30 grammes de cannabis dans les lieux publics.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Canada\"><\/span>Canada<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En 2018, le Canada a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de l\u00e9galiser le cannabis, m\u00eame s'il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 possible de consommer du cannabis m\u00e9dical depuis 2001. D\u00e9sormais, avec la nouvelle loi, l'usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif est \u00e9galement possible. Toute personne \u00e2g\u00e9e de plus de 18 ans peut poss\u00e9der et partager jusqu'\u00e0 30 grammes de cannabis dans les lieux publics avec d'autres personnes majeures. La culture d'un maximum de 4 plantes \u00e0 domicile (pour usage personnel) est \u00e9galement autoris\u00e9e. La vente est autoris\u00e9e dans les magasins agr\u00e9\u00e9s par l'\u00c9tat, tant aux Canadiens qu'aux touristes.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Estados_Unidos\"><\/span>\u00c9tats-Unis<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>En franchissant la fronti\u00e8re, nous trouvons le cas particulier des \u00c9tats-Unis. Au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, le cannabis est toujours ill\u00e9gal. Il est toutefois autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des \u00c9tats autorisent \u00e9galement l'usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif : Alaska, Arizona, Californie, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Nouveau Mexique, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Dakota du Sud, Vermont, Washington et Washington DC.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sud_Africa\"><\/span>Afrique du Sud<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>L'Afrique du Sud rejoint cette liste, o\u00f9 la possession, la consommation et la culture du cannabis sont l\u00e9gales au niveau priv\u00e9.
