Weniger als 20 Tage nach der Verabschiedung des Gesetzes zur Entkriminalisierung des Konsums hatten sich fast eine Million Menschen f\u00fcr ein Marihuana-Anbauzertifikat registriert.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Einerseits macht diese Legalisierung Thailand zum offensten Land in Bezug auf Cannabis, andererseits bleibt der Konsum von Marihuana begrenzt und stark reguliert.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Die zul\u00e4ssige THC-Menge (Tetrahydrocannabinol, der psychoaktive Wirkstoff in Cannabis) betrug n\u00e4mlich 0,2%<\/strong>. Wenn der Prozentsatz h\u00f6her ist, k\u00f6nnen die Konsequenzen sehr streng sein. Bis zu 5 Jahre f\u00fcr den Besitz und bis zu 15 Jahre f\u00fcr den Verkauf.<\/p>\n<p>Auch der Verkauf an Personen unter 20 Jahren und an schwangere Frauen war verboten.<\/p>\n<p>Es sollte klargestellt werden, dass der Konsum von Cannabis auch an \u00f6ffentlichen Orten nicht erlaubt ist. Die Strafe betr\u00e4gt 3 Monate Freiheitsentzug und eine Geldstrafe von 680 Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Der Grund: Der Geruch und Rauch von Marihuana wird von Nichtrauchern als st\u00f6rend empfunden.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Legalizacion_de_la_Marihuana_como_beneficio_social-economico\"><\/span>Legalisierung von Marihuana als sozial\u00f6konomischer Nutzen<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Die <strong>Cannabis-Liberalisierungsprojekt in Thailand<\/strong> Es sollte auch wirtschaftliche Vorteile f\u00fcr das ganze Land bringen, da Studien \u00fcber den Marihuana-Markt darauf hindeuten, dass bis 2024 ein Umsatz von mehr als 600 Millionen Euro erzielt werden k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<p>Um den Cannabisanbau zu f\u00f6rdern, verschenkte die Regierung eine Million Marihuana-Pflanzen an die B\u00fcrger, um das Vertrauen in die neue Ma\u00dfnahme zu testen.<\/p>\n<p>Wie Bloomberg berichtet, ist es den Gegnern der Entkriminalisierung jedoch gelungen, den im Juni 2022 verabschiedeten Gesetzentwurf an den Ausschuss zur\u00fcckzuverweisen.
